I got six estimates to reshingle my roof, which had been leaking. I went with Southcoast because I felt they were the most professional and their proposal was better detailed. They were not the lowest bid but they were not the highest either. Their bid I felt was honest and fair. As far as having work done on your home it can be stressful but Southcoast was outstanding. They were on time, here when they were supposed to be and did a great job. The new roof looks great and so far no leaks. I would without a doubt use Southcoast again for any roofing, siding, or window replacement.
